Denny's says no to guns
In Belleville Illinois, a Denny's restaurant management made Belleville PD detectives leave after other people there complained about them wearing guns. This incident reminds me of the whole anti gun laws being proposed now by the Obama administration. In the article, police chief Clay stated that, “This was an insult, a slap in the face to those detectives and to all of the men and women who proudly wear the uniform or badge and serve in law enforcement,” in the press release. This is the same attitude most people in the south have on the Obama gun laws since we all have guns for hunting and everything else. As a result of this, chief Clay banned his officers from eating at Denny's while on duty or in uniform.
